Portfolio Matrix
The Portfolio Matrix is based on A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge, Fourth Edition. Throughout the Master of Science in Project Management curriculum, knowledge areas were explored. Completed assignments represent the mastery of the subject matter. The Project Management Process Groups, which are represented in the hyperlinks to the right, contain tangible evidence of this mastery.
The table below reflects the mapping of the 42 project management processes into the Project Management Process Groups and the nine Project management Knowledge Areas. The project management processes are shown in the Process Group in which most of the activity takes place" (Project Management Institute, 2008 p. 43),
